Kelley Wolf has left a rehabilitation facility just two days after checking in. She is now staying at a hotel in Arizona. The 48-year-old, who is estranged from actor Scott Wolf, confirmed the move during a call with Page Six on Tuesday.

Her update followed earlier reports that she entered rehab after being arrested on August 26 in connection with domestic violence-related allegations. She was booked on one misdemeanor count of electronic communications harassment and two misdemeanor counts tied to the disclosure of personal information.
Kelley spent two days in custody at the Summit County Jail in Park City, Utah, before authorities approved her release. Court records show her release was conditional, requiring her to participate in ongoing medical or psychological care.

Court documents also revealed that Scott, 57, filed for a second restraining order. He alleged he had received multiple text messages from her during their ongoing divorce case
The order prohibited Kelley from any form of violence, harassment, or threats toward her husband or their children. It also required her to remain at least 300 feet away from them.
