George and Amal Clooney Steal the Spotlight at Venice Film Festival

The "Ocean's Eleven" actor and British attorney are going strong and their red carpet moment proves it. Their appearance comes after they hosted several A-listers alongside their kids at their Lake Como estate.

George and Amal Clooney attended the "Jay Kelly" red carpet during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on Thursday evening, August 28. "Jay Kelly" is a new comedy-drama in which George plays the lead star opposite Adam Sandler.

For the outing, the decorated actor looked dashing in a classic black tuxedo, complete with a crisp white shirt, a sleek satin lapel, and a bow tie. He finished the look with shiny black dress shoes and his signature salt-and-pepper hair neatly groomed.

Beside him, Amal exuded unmatched elegance in a strapless fuchsia gown. The dress featured a ruched bodice that hugged her frame before flowing into a voluminous train. Its asymmetrical hemline showed off her toned legs, which she highlighted further with metallic strappy heels.

The activist completed her stunning look with a gold clutch, her styled hair in soft waves, and glowy makeup.She and George stayed close throughout the evening, posing for photos and sharing affectionate moments on the carpet.

Their appearance at the festival followed a recent gathering at their Lake Como home, Villa Oleandra, where they hosted several of their Hollywood friends. Guests included George's co-stars, Adam and Laura Dern, "Barbie" filmmaker Greta Gerwig, Noah Baumbach, and more.

The couple was also joined by their eight-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, during the gathering. The sighting was rare as George and Amal are known to keep their lives away from the public eye, particularly when it comes to their children.
