Sarah Hyland Marks Third Anniversary with Wells Adams in Sweet Tribute

The "Modern Family" alum celebrated the special occasion with a heartfelt message dedicated to her husband, though not without adding her signature humor.

Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams marked their third wedding anniversary on Wednesday, August 20 — and it could not have been more heartwarming. The couple displayed their love for one another in adorable tributes on Instagram.

"3rd anniversary in a row not being spent together, but jokes on you @wellsadams , you're stuck with me," Hyland began. "For life. Even when I involuntarily walk like this at weddings… Like… you have to pay lawyers to leave me 😈."

"Happy anniversary loml," she continued. "I'm so lucky to call you my husband and I love you to Pluto & Back Xx." Adams replied in the comments, "Excited to be stuck with you forever. Also, where do you find these audio clips?!"

Alongside the message were photos of the couple walking down the aisle together at a different wedding. Hyland reposted the images to her Instagram Stories, writing, "@welladams is stuck with meeeeeeeeee."

Meanwhile, Adams also shared his own tribute on Instagram. The "Bachelor in Paradise" star uploaded a video montage of cherished memories with Hyland from over the years. "Happy 3rd anniversary my darling. It is you I've loved all these years," he wrote.

Adams and Hyland first began flirting on Twitter in 2016 but didn't start dating until late 2017. They confirmed their relationship that November and got engaged in 2019. After postponing their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they eventually tied the knot in 2022.
