Denise Richards Moves to Oust Aaron Phypers and His Family from Her Home
The "Denise Richards and Her Wild Things" alum wants to vacate her estranged husband and her in-laws, who have lived on the property for the past two years.
Denise Richards filed new documents on Tuesday, August 20, seeking to gain access to the Calabasas home she once shared with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, amid their divorce and her temporary restraining order against him.

According to PEOPLE, who obtained copies of the filing, the 54-year-old actress is requesting the court order Phypers and his family, including his parents and brother, to vacate the property so she can retrieve her belongings and her dogs without violating the restraining order.
She stated that although both her and Phypers' names appear in the lease, she moved out of the property two years ago, believing that it would serve as a temporary residence for Phypers' family.
She also claimed that she told Phypers in January he would be solely responsible for paying the rent while he and his relatives continued to occupy the home, and that she was allegedly assured "several times" that they planned to move out.

Richards further stated that she was notified on July 24 by the landlord that eviction proceedings would begin this coming Saturday, August 23. The landlord reportedly told Richards that he had tried to contact Phypers regarding unpaid rent on numerous occasions, but to no avail.
She explained that she left many of her personal belongings at the house because Phypers allegedly told her his family would move back to Canada, after which the couple would return to the property.
"If I am not able to [retrieve] my dogs and belongings, I believe my dogs will be harmed and my property destroyed or discarded during the eviction process," Richards said in the documents. A source close to Phypers has responded to the filing.
The source claimed that Richards had "a previously agreed swap of personal property with Aaron for July 16th when the movers were surprisingly turned away." The insider described her "immediate interest" in the property as "not only suspicious, but manipulative."
