Ryan Murphy Makes Rare Red Carpet Appearance with Son Logan

The "American Horror Story" creator was joined by his eldest child at the Television Academy Hall of Fame Ceremony, where he was among six A-listers to receive a prestigious honor.

Ryan Murphy attended the Television Academy's 27th Annual Hall of Fame Ceremony on Saturday, August 16. The renowned producer was accompanied by his 12-year-old son, Logan Phineas Miller Murphy, at the event, which took place at JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles.

For the occasion, Ryan wore a tan double-breasted suit with wide black lapels and black accents at the cuffs of his trousers. He paired it with a black shirt and a draped scarf-like detail at the neckline, finishing off the look with shiny black dress shoes and dark sunglasses.

Beside him, Logan was dressed in a dark navy suit with a white button-up shirt. He kept the look casual with black Adidas sneakers featuring white stripes, while his blonde hair was styled naturally in a tousled, slightly messy way.

Ryan was inducted into the TV Academy's Hall of Fame that evening by Disney President Dana Walden. He was one of six honorees enshrined, alongside actress Viola Davis, actor Henry Winkler, composer Mike Post, talk show host Conan O'Brien, and the late producer Don Mischer.

Logan is his eldest son, whom he shares with his husband, David Miller. The director, who keeps his home life relatively private, is also dad to sons Ford, 10, and Griffith, 5.
