Shemar Moore is all in on dad life — and he's not shy about showing it. The "S.W.A.T." star recently shared a new Instagram carousel featuring two photos: the first, a shirtless flex showing off his physique, and the second, a close-up of his daughter Frankie's face.

Moore, 54, frequently shares glimpses of his life with Frankie, whom he welcomed with ex-girlfriend Jesiree Dizon in 2023. In another post from July 18, 2025, Moore documented a father-daughter pool day with a sweet snapshot. The image showed him holding his 2-year-old daughter poolside in a tender moment of connection.

Since becoming a father, Moore has often expressed how life-changing the experience has been. During Father's Day 2025, he described being a dad as the "best and coolest feeling" he knows.
