Shemar Moore Can't Get Enough of Daughter Frankie in New Instagram Post

Shemar Moore continues to embrace fatherhood with unfiltered joy, proudly spotlighting his daughter Frankie as the heart of his world in a series of touching and playful social media posts.

Shemar Moore is all in on dad life — and he's not shy about showing it. The "S.W.A.T." star recently shared a new Instagram carousel featuring two photos: the first, a shirtless flex showing off his physique, and the second, a close-up of his daughter Frankie's face.

"FRANKIE….. I’m your Daddy!!! I’m crazy!!! 💯😜🤩 But Grandma Marilyn raised me RIGHT!!! Frankie, YOU ARE MY WORLD… YOU ARE MY PURPOSE!!! Grandma Marilyn and God and @jesiree 💜 BLESSED this world And my heart with MY LITTLE BABYGIRL.. 🙏🏽🥰😍🧸🕊️ [sic]" he wrote in the caption.

Moore, 54, frequently shares glimpses of his life with Frankie, whom he welcomed with ex-girlfriend Jesiree Dizon in 2023. In another post from July 18, 2025, Moore documented a father-daughter pool day with a sweet snapshot. The image showed him holding his 2-year-old daughter poolside in a tender moment of connection.

Since becoming a father, Moore has often expressed how life-changing the experience has been. During Father's Day 2025, he described being a dad as the "best and coolest feeling" he knows.
