The "My Best Friend" singer — known for his signature cowboy hats — turned heads with a fresh haircut in Nashville this week. The unexpected change sparked a flurry of reactions.

Tim McGraw is embracing his transformation, looking almost unrecognizable as he stepped out with a bold new look in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, July 30.

In photos obtained by E! Online, the country star rocked a shaved bald head as he ran errands in the city. He sported a casual look for the outing, featuring a fitted dark T-shirt that highlights his muscular build, paired with light olive-green cargo joggers.

His outfit was completed with bright, high-contrast running shoes in blue and orange, and dark sunglasses. The images circulated online and fans shared their reactions.

"Why did he shave it😢," one person asked. "I always thought he was bald?" another wondered.

Tim's outing comes shortly after he had to withdraw from the PBR Last Cowboy Standing festival this month as he had undergone back surgery and was recovering.

A few days after the announcement, he posted an update from Copenhagen, where he and his wife, Faith Hill, traveled to watch one of Audrey's shows.

"Hangin with my baby in Copenhagen to see @audreymcgraw on tour with the fabulous @brandicarlile," Tim wrote alongside a photo of him leaning on a cane with Faith at his side. In his new outing, however, the singer is walking fine without it.
