The new installment — following the original series "Dexter" (2006 – 2011), the sequel "Dexter: New Blood" (2021 – 2022), and the prequel "Dexter: Original Sin" (2024 – 2025) — is set a few weeks after the events of "New Blood."
The sequel finale had fans believing Dexter had died at the hands of his son Harrison, but in "Resurrection," the killer embraces a new chance at life and follows his kid to New York City.
