Rihanna's Son RZA Holds French Book, Suggesting He's Learning the Language While in Paris

A family road trip in France may have turned into a bilingual learning experience for Rihanna's eldest son, RZA, who was seen with a French-language workbook in recent photos.

Rihanna, 37, recently shared a glimpse into family life while on the road in France, revealing that her 3-year-old son, RZA, may be picking up some French along the way.

The singer, who is expecting her third child and shares sons RZA and Riot Rose with rapper A$AP Rocky, posted a series of three photos on Instagram on July 3, 2025.

In the images, both boys are strapped into car seats during what appeared to be a road trip. While Riot relaxed with a pacifier, RZA's face was obscured by a French workbook held up in front of him. Rihanna captioned the post with humor, writing, "they so over me on this lil road trip. [sic]"

A$AP Rocky joined in the lighthearted moment, commenting, "RZA man learning French [sic]" alongside three crying-laughing emojis, poking fun at his son's studious road trip activity.

The workbook RZA held, titled in French, translates to "my vacation workbook" and is labeled for children ages 5 and 6, suggesting he may be getting a head start with language skills beyond his age.
