Mariska Hargitay Joined by Husband and Kids at Special Screening of ‘My Mom, Jayne’

The "Law and Order: SVU" star was surrounded by all the love and support she needed at the special screening of her new documentary honoring her mother.. The film first debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

It was a family affair for Mariska Hargitay on Monday, June 23, when she attended the L.A. special screening of her documentary, "My Mom Jayne," an HBO original, at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank.

The beloved actress was joined by her husband, Peter Hermann, and their children: sons August, 18, and Andrew, 13, and their adopted daughter, Amaya, 14.

Mariska opted for understated elegance in a sleek, floor-length black dress that hugged her frame. She accessorized with a long gold pendant necklace, and hair was styled in soft, loose waves.

Her daughter, Amaya, looked lovely in a flowing pale pink dress with ruffled details and delicate straps. She kept her accessories minimal, also wearing a golden necklace, and styled her hair down with a center part.

Peter went for a smart-casual look in a black button-up shirt and matching black pants, finishing the outfit with black sneakers that had light-colored soles.

Andrew mirrored his dad's style in an all-black outfit with a T-shirt and pants, adding a pop of color with bright pink sneakers. And, finally, August sported a black-and-gray striped T-shirt, dark jeans, and white sneakers.

The family of five was joined by a slew of celebrities at the event, including Drew Barrymore and Bradley Whitford. They had previously watched the documentary at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City earlier this month.

The film, directed by Mariska, first premiered at the 78th Cannes Film Festival on May 17, 2025. At the time, Mariska was accompanied only by her husband.
