Princess Catherine Dazzles in White at Garter Day Procession in Windsor
Marking her return to public royal duties, the Princess of Wales stunned in an elegant white ensemble at the annual Order of the Garter ceremony in Windsor.
Princess Catherine made a poised return to the spotlight on Monday, attending the Garter Day service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Following a year-long hiatus in 2024 while undergoing cancer treatment, she has steadily resumed public engagements, making a series of high-profile appearances this year.

The 43-year-old royal, who announced her cancer diagnosis in March 2024 and has since completed preventative chemotherapy, joined senior members of the royal family for the traditional ceremony — one of the oldest orders of chivalry in the world.

For the occasion, Catherine wore a familiar and refined look: a white Self-Portrait dress featuring a bouclé belted jacket and a pleated midi skirt. The design includes a sheer lace overlay with floral detailing along the scalloped hem, a piece she previously wore at events such as the VE Day 80th anniversary concert and the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

She paired the dress with a wide-brimmed off-white hat adorned with a bow, an eggshell clutch, and camel suede Gianvito Rossi pumps, the same shoes she wore to Trooping the Colour just days earlier. Her accessories included layered pearl necklaces and vintage-inspired pearl cluster earrings from Susan Caplan.
The Princess of Wales first debuted the ensemble in 2021 while hosting a reception at Buckingham Palace for participants in her "Hold Still" photography project.
