In the image, Efron is posing beside another man, smiling with a thumbs-up. His costume consists of a blood-splattered tank top, paired with dark denim jeans secured with a belt, and a gold chain.

The picture made its rounds online, sparking a flurry of compliments. "This might be the best he's ever looked? Wow," one commenter remarked. "Looking good per usual," another said.

"He looks so much better here than he did around the time Iron Claw was out, whenever he had to get his jaw surgically repaired or something. Love to see it," a fan observed.

"He looked super odd in that movie ['The Iron Claw'] (the movie was so good and ripped my heart out at the same time - I have never cried so hard at a movie before). Good to see him looking better, I don't even care what he did to make it that way," another wrote.

Efron is no stranger to physical transformation. In 2022, he revealed he had to undergo physical therapy after a severe facial injury which changed the appearance of his jawline. For "The Iron Claw," which came out in 2023, he needed to gain 15 pounds of muscle.

In his new movie, where he stars alongside Will Ferrell, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Jimmy Tatro, and more, Efron portrays a young ex-convict taking a reality TV judge—and his courtroom—hostage for a past ruling that ruined his life.
