"Oh my god, thank you!" Barrymore began. "I haven't done anything, and I want to try and stay that way. But I also am, like, 'Do whatever works for you.'"

She recalled a woman she knew who had faced her share of hardships in life, and underwent a cosmetic procedure that boosted her confidence, and "changed her whole perspective," as Barrymore put it.

"The only thing I do know is: don't judge other people because they do things differently. We're all on our own path, and we have to support each other," she added.

Speaking of her own observations as she ages, she shared, "I see a lot of, like, turkey neck, or sometimes I have moments where I'm like, 'Oh wow! Wow! We're there now.'"

Barrymore admitted she doesn't really have tips on aging gracefully or being completely comfortable in her own skin. However, her main goal is to "not be so mean" to herself.

She emphasized the importance of a positive internal dialogue, especially regarding mental health. The actress noted that positive self-talk also affects one's facial appearance, and encouraged the audience to be kinder to themselves.
