Mark Wahlberg Spotted in Atlanta Looking Nearly Unrecognizable – Photos
In photos recently shared by People, Mark Wahlberg was on the set of his upcoming film, "By Any Means," which he was set to lead alongside Sterling K. Brown.
The snapshots show Wahlberg donning a 1960s-style gray suit with a red collared button-up shirt, accessorized with aviator glasses, a gold watch, and gold and silver rings.
The star also appears to be wearing a prosthetic nose. Looking every bit the average 1960's man, with his hair parted to the side, he seems deep in thought in the first photo.
However, in the second image, he acknowledges the photographer with a wave. The actor was in costume on the set of the true-crime thriller "By Any Means."
The film was first announced in October of last year. At the time, it was to be introduced to buyers at the then-upcoming American Film Market.
Just yesterday, it was revealed that seven new actors have been selected to join the cast. They are Giancarlo Esposito, LaChanze, Nicole Behari, Josh Lucas, David Strathairn, Ethan Embry, and Lisa Gay Hamilton.
The film tells the true story of a notorious mafia hitman—hired off-the-books by J. Edgar Hoover's FBI—who is partnered with a young Black special agent. The pair is tasked with hunting down those responsible for the deaths of civil rights activists in 1966 Mississippi.

Although details about the other actors' roles are yet to be divulged, Esposito is slated to play Vernon Dahmer, an NAACP leader who was murdered by the KKK for his work on voter recruitment.
Sterling K. Brown was initially signed to co-star alongside Wahlberg, but had to depart due to scheduling conflicts. Yahya Abdul Mateen II will now replace Sterling.
Mateen II was also spotted during filming by another publication. In the photos, he donned a navy striped suit, with a cream-colored button up and a matching tie. The "Wonder Man" star was pictured speaking over a cable phone with his hand in his pocket.
