The world-famous, Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter left netizens admiring her toned legs following her recent work-related activities on an island.

Carrie Underwood showed off her good physique on a paddle board on April 13, 2025, in a behind-the-scenes glimpse while filming "American Idol." She wore a blue and white swimsuit paired with white aqua shoes and her followers couldn't stop gushing about both the outfit and her appearance.

"Paddle board yoga?! I'm down. #CUonIDOL tonight at #DisneyAulani!" the star captioned her post. People showered her with compliments in the comments section.

"Leg muscles on point!!!!!!" said one fan alongside a string of fire emojis. Another asked, "Can I just have your leg workout routine pleeeease [sic]." Someone else stated, "She has the best legs on the planet."

During a four-day visit to the island, she and fellow judges, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan, were asked how the show has impacted their lives.

Underwood shared that her first journey on "American Idol" changed her life. She has always been a big fan of the competition and considers herself "blessed" every day. This is how she launched her singing career. "I'm glad to be a part of this legacy," added the singer.
