Court documents obtained by People show that the pair have agreed on a parenting plan giving Kidman the majority of time with Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
Under the arrangement, Kidman will have 306 days with the children, while Urban will have 59. Major decisions regarding the girls will be made jointly, and the agreement specifies that neither parent will receive monthly child support. Instead, Urban has reportedly prepaid his obligations under a separate arrangement.

The filing also outlines behavioral expectations. Both parents agreed not to speak negatively about one another and to encourage their daughters' relationships with both families. Additionally, they are required to complete a parenting seminar within 60 days of filing for divorce.
