Jennifer Lawrence and Husband Cooke Maroney Spotted Cycling in NYC

The "Silver Linings Playbook" actress recently enjoyed a light exercise alongside the film director while en route to dinner. The sighting comes almost four months after she welcomed their second child.

Jennifer Lawrence and her husband, Cooke Maroney, were spotted going on a bike ride in New York City on Thursday, August 21. The couple, who have been married since 2019, were stepping out for dinner.

For the outing, Lawrence paired a loose navy sweater layered over a white T-shirt with flowing charcoal-gray skort pants. She completed the look with simple black flats, and accessorized with layered gold necklaces and a small patterned handbag.

Beside her, Maroney sported a light blue striped button-down shirt over a plain white T-shirt, paired with black trousers. He finished his ensemble with classic black-and-white Vans sneakers.

The couple's appearance in the Big Apple comes after they became parents for a second time. Multiple sources told PEOPLE that Lawrence welcomed her second baby in April of this year.

The news broke after the actress confirmed she was pregnant in October 2024, when she was spotted in Los Angeles with her baby bump just visible at the time.

In addition to the newborn, she also shares her three-year-old son, Cy, with Maroney. Lawrence is known for notoriously keeping her personal life private, but she has shared that having kids has fundamentally changed her life and her approach to work.

"Having children changes everything, it changes your whole life," she said during a press conference at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on May 18. "It's brutal and incredible. They go into every decision of if I'm working, where I'm working, when I'm working."

"I didn't know that I could feel so much and my job has a lot to do with emotion," Lawrence continued. "They've opened up the world to me. It's almost feeling like a blister or something — so sensitive. So they've changed my life, obviously, for the best and they've changed me creatively."
