Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are keeping their romance steady, with sources close to the pair saying their relationship continues to flourish months after first stepping out together.

Seven months after first making their relationship public with a hand-in-hand dinner outing in Santa Monica, California, a source tells PEOPLE the couple are still "going strong" and have built a "good foundation" for their relationship.

The insider added that Jackman and Foster were spotted happily holding hands at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts in July 2025, and that Jackman was "excited" to support his new partner's "One Night Only" performance at the nearby Tanglewood Music Center.

While the couple are rarely seen together in public, they were also photographed walking hand-in-hand in New York City in May 2025 while Jackman was starring in the Off-Broadway play "Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Class."

They were first spotted out on January 6, 2025, in Santa Monica, California. The date came two days after Jackman attended his "Music Man" co-star's play, "Once Upon a Mattress," in Los Angeles.

Later that month, on January 24, 2025, it was Foster's turn to support Jackman at the opening night of his "From New York, with Love" show in New York City.

Their relationship began after both went through divorces. Jackman separated from his wife of 27 years, Deborra-lee Furness, in September 2023, while Foster filed for divorce from her husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024.
