'It Ends with Us' Actress Isabela Ferrer Alleges Justin Baldoni Harassed Her by Sending Subpoena Request
"It Ends with Us" actress Isabela Ferrer has accused director Justin Baldoni of harassment, claiming his subpoena request is part of a pressure campaign tied to his legal battle with Blake Lively.
Isabela Ferrer, 24, who played young Lily in "It Ends with Us," says Justin Baldoni, 41, is "harassing" her with a subpoena linked to his dispute with Blake Lively.
Baldoni's lawyers argued in an August 12, 2025 motion that Ferrer has been "unreachable and unresponsive." Ferrer's team fired back, accusing him of "bad faith tactics" and filing his motion "for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing" her. She is asking the court to deny his motion and impose sanctions.
The conflict stems from a February subpoena Lively, 37, served Ferrer for communications in her case against Baldoni. Lively filed a sexual-harassment complaint in December 2024, alleging misconduct and retaliation. Baldoni denies the claims.
Ferrer invoked an indemnity clause in her contract requiring Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios and "It Ends with Us Movie, LLC" to cover her legal fees. Her attorneys allege the studio tied indemnity to Ferrer "surrender[ing] control" of her response to Lively's subpoena, preventing her from releasing documents "that reveal the true facts."
Ferrer’s lawyers say she complied with Lively's subpoena, but Baldoni then issued a nearly identical one. "Baldoni made no effort to tailor the subpoena towards the production of new or different materials, demonstrating that the real aim is to harass Ms. Ferrer," the motion states.
They also accuse Baldoni of publicly sharing home addresses "that could have been Ms. Ferrer's," and delaying indemnity to apply "financial pressure" on her.
