Jane, 84, died on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. A source told People exclusively that de Ramon "is supporting Brad as he grieves his mother's loss. She wants to be there for him and Brad is very much letting her be that person."
Another source said de Ramon, 35, has extended her condolences directly to the Pitt family. "Ines is really close with Brad's family as well," they noted, adding that the jewelry designer "immediately reached out to send her condolences as soon as she heard the news."

At the time of his mother's passing, Pitt had been filming "The Adventures of Cliff Booth," a Netflix project directed by David Fincher and serving as a sequel to Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood," the role that earned Pitt an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
