Michael Douglas Shares Sweet Birthday Message for Son Dylan

Michael Douglas is beaming with pride as his youngest son, Dylan, celebrates turning 25. The actor made sure the milestone didn't go unnoticed by marking the occasion on Instagram.

Michael Douglas celebrated a special family milestone this week as his youngest son, Dylan, reached his 25th birthday.

The 80-year-old Hollywood veteran marked the occasion on Instagram, sharing a rare photo of himself with Dylan alongside a heartfelt caption. "Wow, a quarter of a century! I couldn't be more proud of your talent and the man you've become. I love you, Dylan. Happy Birthday," he wrote.

In the photo, Dylan — clad in head-to-toe denim — towered over his father, who had an arm wrapped around him. Douglas kept it casual in a black polo shirt paired with khaki pants and a belt.

Dylan is the son of Douglas and actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 55, who tied the knot in 2000. Born that same year, Dylan became a big brother two years later when the couple welcomed their daughter, Carys, now 22.

Both siblings have mostly grown up outside the public spotlight, though they have occasionally appeared together at red carpet events and featured in their parents' social media updates. Like his sister, Dylan pursued his studies at Brown University.

Douglas is also father to actor Cameron Douglas, 46, from his previous marriage to Diandra Douglas. The former couple welcomed Cameron in 1978 and divorced in 1995.
