Catherine Zeta-Jones is returning to Netflix's "Wednesday" for its highly anticipated second season, once again stepping into the role of Morticia Addams. While the cast lineup remains largely unchanged, it's Zeta-Jones' appearance, not the storyline, that's generating buzz among fans online.

Following the release of the new season, social media users began comparing Zeta-Jones' look from season one to season two, with some suggesting that noticeable changes to her face might be the result of cosmetic procedures.

"Iv just watched two episodes, dont know if its me but I dont like her Season 2 makeup. I know someone else I asked also had the same feeling [sic]," one viewer wrote, igniting an ongoing thread of speculation.

"She's had work done. I'm never one to make negative comments about plastic surgery, especially on women, but this was so extreme that it felt like I was watching a recast Morticia," another user commented.

Others echoed the sentiment, citing potential specific procedures. "I think at a minimum she's lost weight and possibly had an upper blepharoplasty. I looked up the cast for this season because I was convinced the actress was changed," one fan shared. Another agreed, "Definitely blephloroplasty, her eyes look unrecognizable :( and maybe bucal fat removal."
