Brooke Hogan Voices Suspicions About Dad Hulk Hogan’s Death
The "Hogan Knows Best" alum has been opening up about her relationship with her father during his final years. In her first interview since he passed, she questioned the circumstances surrounding his death.
Brooke Hogan appeared on the "Bubba the Love Sponge Show" on Tuesday, August 5, and expressed concerns about her father Hulk Hogan's death. The WWE legend passed away on the morning of Thursday, July 31, 2025. He was 71.

Shortly after the news emerged, his cause of death was revealed. Medical reports obtained by multiple outlets stated that Hulk had died of a heart attack. They also showed that the late wrestler had a history of leukemia, a form of cancer that affects white blood cells.
The cancer diagnosis had not been previously disclosed to the public. However, it wasn't just news to his fans—it was news to his daughter as well. The 37-year-old said she was at her father's side, alongside his second ex-wife Jennifer McDaniel, throughout all of his surgeries and ailments.

"And that's what has me puzzled, because, you know they're saying, 'Oh, he had leukemia.' And I'm like um I saw his bloodwork every time. One doctor, I quote, said his blood is like a 25-year-old's. I mean, he took the most care of his body and his blood," she said.
Brooke added that Hulk even went to an anti-aging specialist and did blood panels before any major surgery. "How did nobody catch, you know, a high white blood cell count? That's what—that's what bothers me the most, you know?" she shared.

"We don't have cancer that runs in our family. It just—it seems weird," she continued. According to Hulk's medical records, his primary care doctor certified his cause of death and the WWE star was then cremated. No autopsy was performed.
"It's weird that no autopsy was performed because yes, you can have a heart attack, but what was the reason for the heart attack is the question," Brooke said.
She continued, "Because if he was up and doing breathing exercises and stuff, that means that the surgery on his heart was a success and it was working." Hulk suffered from atrial fibrillation, a condition known to cause irregular heartbeats.
He had had several ablations and cardioversions to treat the symptoms of his condition and prolong his life over the years. Brooke later said that the "no autopsy and the leukemia out of nowhere" struck her as "BS."
In a previous Instagram post following her father's death, she said she knew his medical history "like a road map." And yet, the leukemia diagnosis came as a shock.
