Liam Neeson Sells New York City Apartment for Over $10 Million
Liam Neeson has parted ways with his longtime Manhattan residence in a multimillion-dollar deal that's sparking more buzz for what may be next for the actor.
Liam Neeson just got a whole lot richer after he officially sold his upscale New York City apartment to a private married couple listed as Martin and Joanmarie Zetterberg.
According to city property records, the Irish actor recently let go of his Upper West Side home for $10.3 million — roughly $500,000 less than the property's original asking price earlier this year.
The sale has stirred speculation among fans, many of whom believe the timing may be tied to Neeson's rumored romance with "The Naked Gun" co-star Pamela Anderson.
"Going to Canada with Pam," one fan guessed. "You do love Pam. 😂" another wrote. "Moving in with Pam in Malibu? 💕" a third commented.
Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, were confirmed to be seeing each other in late July 2025. A source close to the film told PEOPLE, "It's a budding romance in the early stages. It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other." The pair are reportedly "enjoying each other’s company" as they continue getting to know one another.
