Joely Richardson Celebrates Her Nephew Michael Neeson’s Birthday

The "101 Dalmatians" actress took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message in honor of her nephew's birthday, which he celebrated just over a week earlier.

On Tuesday, July 1, Joely Richardson took the time to share a tribute in honor of all those who celebrated their birthdays in the month of June, with a special message for her late sister's eldest son, Micheál Neeson.

She posted an Instagram carousel of images that included Micheál's childhood photos and more recent pictures of the pair spending time together. She also added a photo of Micheál's mother, Natasha Richardson, holding baby Micheál in a pool.

"Happy June Birthdays to All blowing out a candle this month ( such a lovely simple tradition right?)," Joely began. "Someone I love and adore to the moon and back is a midsummer sprite."

"Micheal, to go from seeing you in my sister Natasha's arms at a few days old, to you all grown up buying your aunt lunch in NY recently, and everything in between. What a pleasure it is, to walk together x," she penned.

Micheál turned 30 on Sunday, June 22. He is Natasha's first child with actor Liam Neeson and has a younger brother named Daniel. Micheál and Daniel were 13 and 12, respectively, when their mother died after a skiing accident that led to a severe brain injury in March 2009.

She was 45. Her death left a devastating impact on her loved ones and fans alike, but her legacy and memory lives on through her family.
