The "Black Bag" actress channeled aquatic high fashion at the annual fundraiser where she served as co-host. Her appearance comes after she joined Prince William for a tour at a UK-based company in the running for the Earthshot Prize.
Cate Blanchett turned heads on Tuesday, June 24, when she attended The Serpentine Gallery Summer Party 2025 in Kensington Gardens, London. The prestigious invite-only event has been hosted annually since 2000.

Blanchett is the first artist to co-host alongside Chairman of Serpentine's Board of Trustees Michael R. Bloomberg, Serpentine CEO Bettina Korek, and Serpentine Artistic Director Hans Ulrich Obrist.

The actress looked ethereal in an ensemble from Dilara Findikoglu's fall 2025 collection. She wore a striking, ocean-inspired dress adorned with seashells, pearls, and textured embellishments.

The top featured sculptural detailing with large shell accents at the waist and shoulders. She paired it with a sheer, frayed skirt and nude heels. Blanchett’s hair was styled in soft waves, and she kept her makeup elegant and minimal.

The Australian native exuded natural poise as she posed for photos on the red carpet. Her appearance at the Serpentine party comes just days after she and Prince William took a lab tour at a UK-based company that's working toward sustainable fashion methods.

Colorfix has received praise from William's environmental mission, Earthshot Prize, for developing technology that creates dye naturally, significantly reducing the need for large quantities of water and harmful chemicals often associated with dyeing.
