The sight of a high-profile government official juggling the demands of work and motherhood has struck a chord with many Americans. "I think it's great she gets to see her baby throughout the day while she's working. I wish that was every mom's situation," one netizen commented. "Must be nice to take your kid to work, or work from home. Too bad other moms aren't allowed to do this," another added.
