Shakira was seen waiting at a stoplight on Sunday morning, May 4, with her sons Sasha and Milan. The singer held a flower in one hand and linked her elbow with Sasha's while holding Milan's.

She opted for an all-black outfit, wearing a black fitted T-shirt with matching joggers and a black NYC cap. Next to her, Milan—who now appears to be the same height as his mother—sported a white T-shirt, cargo pants, and sneakers.

His younger brother wore a matching two-piece, featuring a button-up layered over a white T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. Eventually, the light turned green and they all crossed together.

Shakira shares Milan and Sasha with her former partner Gerard Piqué. The pair announced their separation in 2022 after months of media speculation.

She moved her boys to Miami, Florida, in 2023. Prior to relocating, Shakira worried about how Sasha and Milan would adjust to a new environment.

She recalled their first day of school in their new home. The mom of two confessed she had been "super nervous," and yet, "When I picked them up, they jumped on me and hugged me and said, 'We love it!'" she said.

She admitted she had expected the worst all day, but the boys came back "jumping with joy." She noted, "When kids find a good environment at school, it's just easy."
