Meghan Markle was on "The Jamie Kern Lima Show" when she spoke about her relationship with her husband, Prince Harry. The couple has been married for seven years now, and their bond remains as fortified as ever.

During her chat with the eponymous host, Lima told Markle about a sweet comment Prince Harry had made. "I'm so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she's done and continues to do," the Duke had said.

Markle admitted she didn't know about her husband's remark. Still, it was unsurprising, as she shared, "He's such a great partner. I feel that every day in how supportive he's been and is, but I didn't know he said that, so that's really nice."

She likened their dynamic to the end of the "Super Mario Brothers" video game, where the goal is to slay the dragon and save the princess.

Markle felt that's exactly what her husband does. She described him as someone who puts himself out there, doing all he can to ensure his family is safe, uplifted, and taken care of, while still making time for date nights.

The former actress also admitted she's more in love with her partner now than ever before. She spoke of the typical timeline most relationships follow, with the honeymoon phase in the beginning and the "trenches" about six months in.

"So now, seven years later when you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way, and that's why I feel like it's more of a honeymoon period for us now," she said.

Speculation about a possible divorce between the royal couple began months ago, when they started appearing separately at events. Markle doesn't directly address the rumors in this interview, but offers clear insight into where they currently stand.
