North West’s new look is drawing criticism online. The 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian was recently seen with what appeared to be a dermal piercing.
Kim Kardashian’s recent vacation with her daughter, North West, is drawing more attention than expected. While in Rome, fans noticed that the 12-year-old appeared to be wearing new jewelry on her hand.

In photos shared online, North showed what looked like a small piercing on her right middle finger, just below the knuckle. Two silver balls could be seen on the surface, suggesting it may be a dermal piercing. She also sported bright blue hair during the outing.
Reactions on social media came quickly. Many questioned whether Kim allowed her daughter to undergo the procedure. One person wrote that it showed "what rich people do when their [sic] bored."
Another commented, "Now I understand why she stand up against homework." A third added, "She is really young. Being allowed to act like an adult."
The piercing has sparked debate, with fans weighing in on whether the jewelry choice is appropriate for a child of North West's age.
