Donald Trump Reportedly Considering Pardoning Diddy
According to sources, the president allegedly believes the authorities are unfairly targeting the rapper and is awaiting the bail ruling to decide his fate.
The White House has reportedly been in contact with Diddy's legal team to offer a potential pardon ahead of his bail ruling.
Insiders revealed that Donald Trump is "more than open" to giving the record executive clemency. However, he will only act on this once Judge Arun Subramanian decides on the star's bail petition.
Still, if granted bail, Trump will only make his choice once Diddy gets sentenced. But if denied, the president will swiftly pardon him. The politician, who once called the New York native a "good friend," allegedly believes the authorities are unfairly targeting him.
Yet political commentator Megyn Kelly disapproves of the head of state's stance on Diddy. She took to her X account and penned:
"Trump should not pardon Diddy. He doesn't deserve it. He's a Trump hater. He's a woman abuser."
Kelly added that Trump supporters are already up in arms because elites are seemingly covering for one another, and that this move from him wouldn't help.
