Reba McEntire Attends the 2025 ACM Awards with Longtime Partner Rex Linn

The country legend made the prestigious night a date, walking hand in hand with her partner on the red carpet. The evening marked her 18th time hosting the event.

Reba McEntire hosted the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Omni Frisco Hotel in Frisco, Texas—and the singer made it a date with her love, Rex Linn, matching in style.

McEntire wore an all-black modern-style pantsuit, featuring a blazer and button-up shirt with sparkling, vine-like embellishments, paired with matching trousers secured by a large cowboy belt and bedazzled knee-high boots.

The TV star styled her ginger locks in her signature hairstyle and accessorized by layering two diamond necklaces. Beside her, Linn sported dark denim jeans with a black dress shirt and a blue textured tie, topped with a black blazer.

Ahead of the ceremony, the couple—who have been together since 2020—walked the red carpet together and posed for photos.

McEntire hosted the 59th ACM awards in May 2024. A month later, it was announced she would host the 60th anniversary of the coveted ceremony.

"Reba McEntire has hosted more ACM Awards shows than any other artist in history, and after her triumphant return this year for the 59th show, there is clearly no one better suited to helm this milestone show," ACM CEO Damon Whiteside said at the time.

McEntire was thrilled, too, saying, "It's going to be an absolute can't-miss show and I can't wait to see everybody back in Texas."
