Calvin Harris offered an intimate glimpse into life as a new dad after welcoming his first child with wife Vick Hope in their party hotspot home of Ibiza.

Calvin Harris has sparked mixed reactions online after announcing the birth of his son, Micah, with a candid Instagram post that included deeply personal images from the home birth.

The Scottish DJ, 41, revealed that baby Micah was born on July 20, 2025. In a series of photos taken in Ibiza, Harris celebrated the arrival with an emotional tribute to his wife, Radio 1 presenter Vick Hope.

"20th of July our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah ❤️❤️❤️," he wrote.

The post featured several intimate images from the birthing process, including one showing Hope's placenta and others that appeared to depict it being dehydrated and turned into capsules — a detail that drew both praise and surprise from followers.
