Ozzy Osbourne’s Older Children Seemingly Absent from His Funeral Procession
The late rocker fathered six children with his first and second wives. His eldest children, however, appeared to have skipped the cortège held in his honor, after they were left out of the statement announcing his death.
Ozzy Osbourne was laid to rest on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The musical icon had died the previous week, on Tuesday, July 22, following a years-long battle with Parkinson's disease and several other health problems.

His family announced his death in a statement shared with multiple media outlets. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the statement read.
"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time," it said. The message was signed by Sharon, Aimee, Kelly, Jack, and Louis. Notably, Ozzy's two other children, Jessica and Elliot, were not included in the sign-off.
Jessica and Louis are Ozzy's children from his marriage to Thelma Riley, while Elliot is the singer's adopted son from Thelma's previous relationship. His family planned a funeral procession to allow fans from his hometown to pay their respects.
The cortege was then followed by a private ceremony. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, and Louis were all present and photographed as they led the procession; however, Jessica and Elliot were seemingly absent.
At this time, it's unknown whether they were present for Ozzy's private service. However, Jessica did reportedly acknowledge her father's passing shortly after the news broke.
She reposted a tribute in his honor, writing, "RIP Ozzy," above the post. As for Elliot, he currently has no known official social media accounts.
