Common

This user agreement is a contract between you and BARABOLA that governs your use of your BARABOLA account and the BARABOLA services.

By opening and using a BARABOLA account, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this user agreement, so please read all of the terms and conditions carefully. You also agree to comply with the Privacy Policy.

Please read carefully all of the terms of this agreement.

We may amend this user agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

BARABOLA Standards

BARABOLA has its own standard of service that declares, “Each order before delivering to the client should pass quality assurance test”.QA test includes specially developed BARABOLA series of tests that consist of:

  • W3C test;
  • Google Page Speed Insights test;
  • YSlow test;
  • GTMetrix test;
  • Responsiveness test;
  • Speed test;
  • Optimization test;
  • Tests on real devices.

PROJECT

PROJECT is a regular coding service performed by BARABOLA. Each Project started on BARABOLA consists of common and additional services.

Common services by default include:

  • Technical optimization that fulfill all requirements of Google Page Speed Insights, YSlow, GTMetrix which is confirmed by the “green zone” result;
  • Bootstrap grid coding;
  • CSS minification;
  • HTML minification;
  • CSS hover animation (if necessary);
  • JS coding (DOM operations) (if necessary);
  • JS minification (if necessary);
  • CSS External fonts implementation (fonts must be provided by the customer);
  • HTML5 coding standards;
  • CSS3 coding standards;
  • Lossless image compression (if necessary);
  • W3C-valid HTML & CSS coding;
  • Compatibility with all modern browsers;
  • 3-days delivery time.

Additional services by optional may include:

  • CSS SPRITE;
  • Microformat;
  • Schema;
  • Screen readers compatibility;
  • Print CSS;
  • Retina display compatibility;
  • Commented code;
  • Commented CSS;
  • Sticky footer;
  • Sticky header;
  • 90 days of post-development support;
  • 24 hours – 2 days delivery time.

TRY US

TRY US is a short cut PROJECT intended purpose of which is to show the coding abilities, expertise and quality of BARABOLA.

Delivery Time

There are 3 types of delivery time on BARABOLA: 3 days, 2 days and 24 hours.

Delivery time counts in business days.

Delivery time countdown begins from the moment when the payment for the order was processed.

When delivery period falls on a day off, delivery time countdown carries forward to the nearest business days.

Client Area

To place an order you have to open the BARABOLA account.

There are two types of BARABOLA accounts: personal and business.

Personal account is an account for clients who place orders for personal purposes.

Business account is an account for clients who became a BARABOLA partners and as a result got some special prices.

In client area, each client can do things like:

  • manage the details of the orders: pay, edit, cancel or download the order;
  • manage the account data: change password, change email;
  • manage the ON HOLD status by using the chat.

Placing the order

There are 7 easy steps to place an order for a Project:

  • Select the type of service;
  • Select the amount of pages you need to code;
  • Select the delivery time;
  • Upload the file you want us to work with;
  • If needed leave some instructions for us. If your order doesn't contain any instructions we start to work with the web page as it seen;
  • If needed select the add on you wish to use;
  • Proceed to check out and make a payment.

There are 4 easy steps to place an order for a TRY US:

  • Choose the type of service you want to try;
  • Upload the file you want us to work with;
  • If needed leave some instructions for us. If your order doesn't contain any instructions about the part of the page that we should work with, by default, we work with the header, but no matter the circumstances, no more than 20% of the web page;
  • Proceed to check out and make a payment.

Order statuses

Each order in the process of implementation may pass through certain statues such as:

  • Incomplete – this status is set when the order data is not fully entered;
  • Not paid – this status is set when the order is waiting for payment;
  • Processing – this status is set when the order is being work with;
  • In progress – this status is set when BARABOLA started to implement it;
  • Completed – this status is set when the order is completed and ready for download;
  • Downloaded – this status is set when the order was downloaded at least once;
  • on hold – this status is set for 2 common reasons;
    • there are some problems with the attached file;
    • there are some problems with the instructions for the order.

    On hold status removes when the problem is solved via client area chat.

  • Cancelled – this status is set when client cancels the order.

The Payment Procedure

All BARABOLA services deliver on 100% prepaying basis.

You can process the payment by using your Visa or MasterCard card or bank account.

There are no additional fees for processing the payment.

When BARABOLA receives the payment, you will get a notification via email that your order is in progress.

Receiving The Order

When your order is ready for delivery BARABOLA will send you a notification via email about it.

You can download your completed order in either ways: by following direct download link from received notification or by pressing download button from your client's area. By downloading the order, you confirm that you received your order. By downloading the order, you confirm that you received your order.

The original file goes with URLs of QA tests results.

BARABOLA cannot guarantee the same QA tests results completed on client's webserver or infrastructure. If your website does not show such results as BARABOLA QA tests did, contact your webmaster.

Anyway, if you require an additional service to customize your website’s inner infrastructure, please contact BARABOLA via email to place an order for such service.

Quality Warranty

We guarantee that each order before the delivery passes QA control with such expected results:

  • W3C test – valid;
  • Google Page Speed Insights test – green zone;
  • GTMetrix test – green zone;
  • Responsiveness test – fully responsive;
  • Speed test - passed;
  • Optimization - passed;
  • Completed web page is tested on real devices - passed.

Refunds

Each client can claim a refund in period that cannot exceed 14 days from the time of email notification about readiness of the order.

Refund can be proceeded in such cases:

  • When the order failed to meet the requirements of quality warranty;
  • When the order was cancelled in period that cannot exceed 2 hours after the payment;
  • When you received a completely different service. For example, you ordered PSD TO HTML and received HTML TO RESPONSIVE;
  • When you ordered a set of three items (main page + two inner pages) but only received two.

BARABOLA proceeds refund in period that cannot exceed 30 days from the time when claim was approved.

In other cases, refund cannot be processed.

No matter the circumstances, ADD ONS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In addition, refund cannot be processed in cases when:

  • The service was properly described but you didn't want it after you received it;
  • The service was properly described but did not meet your expectations.
